Service Terms and Conditions:
To provide a mutually beneficial interaction I have listed below the travel booking service terms and conditions:
- If you have enrolled for yearly subscription based service and decide to cancel it we will refund the amount less by $5/month for the number of months you used the service.
- No refunds for monthly subscription service.
- No refunds for One time consulting service once the consulting session has been conducted.
- For Revenue Travel or Award Travel if we are not able to get your booking done we are not going to charge you.
- Our service is limited to assisting you with accumulating miles and in helping you book your travel and we will do the best we can. We are not affiliated to any travel agency nor we receive any commission from Hotels or Airlines.
- We are not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by the airlines.
- Should you decide to modify or cancel your itinerary you are liable for all the re-booking or cancellation fees associated with the change. Our service does not cover re-booking once the itinerary is ticketed and under no circumstance we are liable for the same.
- In the unforeseen circumstance of you deciding to cancel your itinerary after ticketing through our service we are not liable for any refunds for the service provided by us.
- Our liability for any cost or damages is only up to the extent of fees paid for this service.
